What are the Shipping / Delivery Options ?
We use Shippit and Australia Post, Australia wide. Currently we only have one delivery option and you will receive your order between 2-4 business days.
Does someone need to be AT HOME to accept the delivery ?
It's up to you !! Please leave your instructions for us in the checkout. If you live in a dodgy area and can't handle the thought that your precious booze might be stolen, you can choose to have a signature required upon the delivery of your precious goods.
How long do all other deliveries take ?
We try our best to process your orders the day of, or morning after we receive your order. If your order is received before 11am we will dispatch it same day. It should only take a couple of days to get to you however if your in rural areas it might take a little longer as it's a bit harder to get to you.
Do i have to order a 6 pack of the same wine?
You can order as little or as many bottles as you want. You can mix your 6 pack anyway you like and if your a little crazy like me you may wish to only buy a few bottles of each to try the product before going all out. The only thing is no matter how many bottles you buy it's still going to incur a fee for the delivery.
Why have you chosen this price range for your wines?
Our price range is affordable for the casual drinker and even those that don't want to spend a fortune on wine. It's even good enough for those that like to drink good quality wine. We have set these prices because we feel that you shouldn't have to spend a fortune when buying wine. We are trying to rid the belief that the more expensive the wine the better it is. We are doing this by being a direct to consumer wine company and cutting out the middleman!
Whats the minimum amount of wine I have to order?
Well if your ordering in Sydney don't worry you can order 1 bottle if you like. If your interstate or in a rural area you will have to order at least 4 bottles of wine. They will be packaged up nicely if a smaller box just for you.

Responsible service of alcohol is taken seriously and we adhere to all the rules and regulations associated with it.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Are my payment details secure?
Yeah definately. All your payments are securily processed through Commonwealth Bank or PayPal. They provide the secured payment gateway, your details are safe with them and are not provided to anyone else.
What if my order got cancelled or wasn't processed ?
We hope this won't happen but if someone in Wonderland doesn't keep checking that all the inventory levels are up to date we may have run out of a product. We will get in contact with you either via phone or email to let you know your options.
I've changed my mind, can I still cancel my order ?
Ummm well if the wine has been sent then it can't be cancelled. If you get in contact with us as quickly as you can we can still help you out. Otherwise all wine can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as it's in the same condition as when you got it.
